Ordering & Payment


After you click "Place Your Order," a Soul Del Mar Order Confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. You can also check the status of your order by logging into MY ACCOUNT. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.



We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Soul Del Mar Gift Cards will be available soon.



We are required to collect Australian sales tax which incur a 10% charge that is included in cost of the items.


Change / Cancel My Order

If cancelling an order, please email us info@souldelmar.com immediately after placing your order to make any changes. We will do our best to assist you; however, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologise for any inconvenience.



We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favourite colour or size. We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket and during checkout. We will contact you via email if the item's due date changes. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive.
